You could measure your current diet by writing a food diary and cataloguing all of the food you have eaten. This way you could understand if you could benefit from multi vitamins or eating an increased level of naturally occuring vitamins.

Where can you find vitamins? As mentioned previously, many natural vitamins and minerals are found in fruit and vegetables, but also meats and diary products. Because of this, it is recommended to eat a healthy balanced diet to benefit from a wide range of nutrients, such as Vitamin A,which can be found in carrots for example.

You can also get a range of nutrients from fruit, such as oranges, which are a high source of Vitamin C. Because vitamin C is lost naturally from the body, it is recommended to take this on as regular basis to benefit from it. This vitamin is known to act as an anti-oxidant, which can help the body remove unwanted compounds from the body.

If you are not looking to take a multvitamin supplement, then it would be advised to increase your nutrient intake naturally, and the best way to do this would be via a healthy lifestyle, rich in fruits and vegetables. Good look with changing your lifestyle, your body will thank you for it.
